On January 31, 2025, they held a General Assembly to officially launch their Purpose, Vision, and Values to employees. To create a powerful conclusion to the CEO’s talk, we set out to produce a video that was impressive, engaging, and meaningful to the audience.

The goal of the video isn't to explain the purpose and values of Alsons Dev. The CEO already explained it well during his talk. The goal of the video is to make the ending more impactful. So, we made the video more like an opening credits/end credits from a movie or TV series. The scenes in the video are more like the CEO's talk visualized. To people who don't know the context, they would see an entertaining video but to those who have heard the explanation and were present during the event, they would find the video meaningful and inspiring.

To achieve what we were going for, transition was the key. Everything needs to feel connected. So, the ending from one scene should be connected to the start of another. It doesn't need to be an exact match, it can be a connection in terms of movement, shape or color.

Since character animations in this project require dynamic camera movements, we first animated the characters in 3d. This helps with the perspective for each frame. We then used the 3d animation as a guide to create the 2d animation of the character.
