This was a client project and we were allowed to post it here but we were asked to remove the client's logo. So the app on the phone and the ending was originally where the client logo was. The client wanted to show the forward thinking approach of their company. They were already clear on what they wanted. They wanted a short film with a textured look. Emerging technologies was also the main theme of the video, so we looked into AI, vertical farms, automation, wearables, etc. We spent 2 - 3 days looking for references. It is key that we're able to design characters that look like real users of those emerging tech.

To achieve the dynamic look that the client wanted, we have combined various techniques. We have combined 3d, with After Effects and Frame by Frame animation techniques. This made the overall look dynamic while keeping the 2d animation feel.
